Our spacious, pet-friendly four-bedroom, four-bath townhouse (sleeps 14) offers direct access to the Seabreeze 6 Beach Access, which is right across the street.

- TWO primary suites, one on the first floor and another on the third, each with its private balcony, so your party can relax in style.
- The secondary bedroom on the first floor offers a queen bed and queen bunks, comfortably accommodating up to six people.
- On the second floor, a bedroom with a queen bed, a twin bed, and a twin trundle can sleep 4.
- Each bedroom has an en suite bath.
COMMON GATHERING AREAS:
While 30A is renowned for its seafood, our fully stocked kitchen allows you to create your own memorable dishes. Need a drink or want to refill the cooler? The beverage bar is stocked with plenty of ice. Take your drink to the balcony and enjoy a picturesque sunset over the gulf. After a day of fun, gather in the cozy family room for a night of catching up, playing games, or watching a movie with your loved ones.

When you're ready to hit the beach, please don't worry- we provide beach chairs and Cool Cabana for your convenience, along with a wagon, cooler, beach towels, and assorted boogie boards and skim boards. Washer and dryer are conveniently located near the entry on the ground floor.
